Our elegant international cuisine restaurant seats 230 people indoors and 140 on the terrace. It offers a varied menu inspired by Mediterranean, Asian and South American cuisines. This is the place where you can enjoy culinary secrets preserved with great care by our chefs.

Vega’s team of master chefs has been working under the guidance of Master Chef Paolo Austero, Professor of Culinary Art, Director of the Italian Chefs’ Federation and holder of numerous awards and important international certificates. Completing the Mediterranean menu with Italian and strong Sicilian culinary influences, Live Cooking Shows are conducted on our elegant terrace, based on various culinary themes, accompanied by musical and theatrical moments. In a setting such as this, culinary mastery is a live, performing art show.

Paolo Austero’s virtuosity is complemented by that of Romanian master chefs, whom Vega is also proud to have: Romica Harabagiu and Cornel Balaban, whose art has delighted clients of renowned restaurants in Bucharest and Côte d’Azur or Esmeralda, now offering you a Mediterranean menu seasoned with hints of Asian or Nordic cuisine, with unique and savoury dishes.
