Vega Hotel offers you a modern conference centre, specifically designed to fully meet all your needs, down to the smallest detail.

The Vega Hotel is the ideal venue in which to organise a corporate teambuilding event, training or conference tailored to your field of operations. The conference hall is ideally suited to hosting important press conferences, shareholder meetings, or even a press conference for a cultural or entertainment event.

At the Vega Hotel, we always strive to offer you a competitive package tailored to your needs when it comes to organising an event, including with regard to the accommodation of your guests and delegates.

The Vega conference hall has 200 fixed seats arranged in theatre style (192 + 8 at the speakers’ table), but this capacity can be extended to 230 seats. Standard equipment: three interpreter’s booths and a sound engineer’s booth, for which a simultaneous interpreting system may be hired, sound system with wired and wireless microphones, projector screen, video projector, flipchart, 2 LCD monitors, computer, Internet access and 5.1 sound system.
